Role Description

Position: Interior Architect.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and site engineers for smooth execution.

Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budget expectations.

Conduct site visits for measurements, quality checks, and project progress.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings as per design requirements.

Prepare BOQs, presentations, and design documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.

Good understanding of materials, space planning, and current design trends.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong visualization, creativity, and communication skills.

Experience in residential or commercial interior projects preferred.
