Purpose
Builds and delivers integrations using Azure Logic Apps, working within established Logic Apps integration template and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Logic Apps workflows that orchestrate integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems
- Implement integrations following the AR standard pattern:
- Trigger from ServiceNow
- Process approvals and readiness state
- Execute Workday actions
- Write outcomes back to ServiceNow
- Work within existing AR Logic Apps templates and reusable components
- Ensure integrations are robust, supportable, and aligned to platform standards
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow and Workday specialists to deliver endtoend automation
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong handson experience building Azure Logic Apps in enterprise environments
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs (REST, authentication, error handling)
- Understanding of integration patterns, sequencing, and failure handling
- Comfortable working within predefined architectural templates rather than reinventing solutions
- Experience delivering productiongrade integrations, not POCs

- Comfortable interacting with multiple technical and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting HRdriven automation use cases is a strong advantage
