Job Description

We are seeking an Automation & Integration Engineer with strong experience in AWS DevOps, API integrations, Python-based automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design and build scalable infrastructure for security automation and integrations.

This role will focus on building the required cloud infrastructure for security automation platforms, developing custom APIs, integrating security tools, and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) onboarding from a security operations perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation and integration infrastructure for security platforms and workflows
• Develop custom APIs and middleware services to integrate security tools and enterprise systems
• Implement Python-based automation scripts for orchestration and workflow automation
• Design and provision cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration services and automation code
• Support security tool onboarding and integrations for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Enable bidirectional integration between security platforms, ITSM systems, and monitoring tools
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for automation services
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting for automation and integration services
• Document architecture designs, runbooks, and integration standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation, Integration Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and webhook-based integrations
• Strong Python scripting experience for automation and integration development
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals (VPC, DNS, firewalls, certificates, authentication)
• Experience in integrating enterprise or security platforms (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, ITSM, CSPM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Information Security, SOC operations, or SIEM engineering
• Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and technology onboarding
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, SentinelOne, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Cloud security and identity management experience
