Integration Engineer |

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE V12)
• Implement APIs using OpenAPI (YAML) specifications
• Develop and maintain integration flows for hybrid and cloud environments

Middleware & Messaging Systems

• Work with IBM MQ for messaging and queue-based integrations
• Integrate systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications
• Implement notification services and function calls in Oracle-based integrations

API & Protocol Development

• Develop REST and SOAP-based services
• Work with WSDL, XML, IMAP, REST, and SOAP protocols
• Apply integration design patterns and industry best practices

Data Transformation & Scripting

• Develop transformations using ESQL, XSLT, and DFDL
• Handle XML-based data processing and messaging structures
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle and MSSQL databases

Security & Standards

• Implement web security standards including OAuth, SSL, and JWT
• Ensure secure API and service integrations

Cloud & DevOps Integration

• Work with Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and related components
• Support deployments using DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in cloud and hybrid integration deployments

Testing & Support

• Support end-to-end lifecycle including design, development, testing, and implementation
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-production support
