About The Role
Integra is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to head our Sales Operations & Enablement function. This role will work closely with the CEO and Sales Leadership team to drive sales strategy execution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision making, and scale the sales organization. The role will act as a strategic extension of the CEO for the sales function, ensuring alignment across teams and enabling the sales organization to perform at peak effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy and planning initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
- Drive sales process improvements, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancements
- Implement and optimize sales technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Lead sales enablement initiatives including sales playbooks, tools, and training programs
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams
- Lead key sales transformation initiatives and strategic projects
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
- Support leadership in strategic client engagement and partnership development
Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 10–15+ years of experience with strong exposure to sales operations, strategy, or sales leadership roles
- Experience working in technology services, digital services, or global B2B environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, revenue operations, and pipeline management
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and sales technology ecosystems
