Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving insurance policy sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, educating clients about insurance options, and providing tailored recommendations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with brokerage partners, managing health insurance plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication and proactive outreach to meet sales targets and client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, including the ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Experience with Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, including familiarity with products and industry practices.
- Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and provide exceptional client experiences.
- Knowledge of Health Insurance, including plan options and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
