Role & responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Delivery (Quantitative KRAs)
- Ensure average 40% RM - Dealer activation per branch (quarterly).
- Ensure monthly branch activation.
- Track and drive minimum 2 insurance joint meetings per RM/Dealer per week.
- Conduct at least 1 insurance training in every branch, every month.
- Increase insurance participation from loss-making units/teams and support non-performers to achieve RSR through insurance contribution.
- Support branch wise target planning and implementation of sales strategy & processes in coordination with Branch Managers.
- Assist Regional Directors to do Insurance target planning for the region (bottoms up approach)
2.Premium-BasedIssuance
- Drive lead generation through direct channels.
- Conduct joint sales calls with regional teams and intermediaries.
- Ensure timely closures and smooth policy issuance.
- Manage leakage to ensure revenue retention.
- Ensure process adherence.
- Coordinate closely with Regional Directors and local Insurance Company representatives.
- Manage group insurance enquiries, facilitate RFQ completion, enable accurate and timely quotations, and provide end-to-end support for Group Insurance- GTL, GMC.
- Generate NRI business through sales team.
3.Employee&ChannelActivation(Direct)
- Facilitate SP and POSP certifications as per regulatory norms.
- Drive employee activation initiatives and sales contests to enhance productivity.
- Provide effective sales tools, pitching material, and support to field teams.
4.PersistencyManagement
- Maintain persistency benchmarks of Life: 90% and Health: 75%.
- Track renewal performance and support, co-ordination with sales teams, IC and Jodhpur central team for timely renewal collection
- Support ECS mandate attachment to improve renewal efficiency.
5.Training&Development
- Conduct regular training sessions on processes and internal communication.
- Co-ordinate with Insurance companies for calendarize regular training.
- Deliver product and process training for Life, Health, and Group Insurance.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication with negotiation and closure skills
- Should have knowledge of Life, Health, Group (GTL/GMC), and NRI insurance products.
- Understanding of issuance, renewal, and ECS processes.
- Required MIS reporting, data analysis, and follow-up skills
