Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Manager, based in New Delhi. The Insurance Manager will oversee and optimize the sales and management of insurance products, lead and motivate teams to meet organizational objectives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, while also building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Finance and Insurance expertise, with a strong understanding of industry practices and performance tracking
• Proven skills in Team Management, including leadership and the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Customer Service excellence, with a focus on delivering tailored and effective solutions to clients
• Experience in Sales, with a record of driving growth and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications in insurance preferred)
