Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Insurance Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities, drive business growth through insurance sales, and build and maintain robust client relationships. Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring sales targets are met, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in Finance and understanding of financial products
- Team Management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous
