Insurance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Manager based in Jaipur. The Insurance Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to insurance services, including managing sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding a team of insurance professionals. Responsibilities also include formulating strategies to meet business objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role demands a proactive approach to driving customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and enhancing business growth.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance practices
• Proven skills in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate professional teams
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales, including setting and achieving targets and revenue objectives
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the insurance or finance sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
• Experience with life insurance products and services is preferred but not mandatory
