Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an Insurance Manager. The Insurance Manager will oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding client outreach. Key responsibilities include managing a team of insurance advisors, developing strategies to improve productivity, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building lasting relationships with clients to promote business growth.
