Role Overview
We are looking for an
Instrumentation Engineer who can help innovate the
engineering and automation aspects of cooking and food preparation systems.
The focus of this role will be to
design and develop intelligent cooking systems, smart kitchen infrastructure, and AI-driven food preparation technologies that can transform how healthy meals are produced and delivered.
This is an
equity-based role, ideal for someone interested in
building futuristic food-tech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities 1. Smart Cooking Systems
- Design and develop innovative cooking equipment and instrumentation systems
- Explore ways to make cooking more efficient, consistent, and scalable
- AI-Driven Kitchen Innovation
- Work on integrating AI, sensors, and automation into cooking processes
- Build systems that can optimize temperature, cooking time, ingredient measurement, and food quality
- Engineering for Smart Kiosks
- Support engineering innovation for smart food kiosks and automated food distribution systems
- Design instrumentation frameworks for compact and efficient food production setups
- Process Automation
- Develop ideas for automating repetitive kitchen processes
- Innovate solutions that reduce human dependency while maintaining food quality
- R&D and Prototyping
- Work on experimental prototypes and engineering concepts
- Collaborate with the team to test new technology-driven cooking models
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics
- Interest in automation, IoT, AI integration, and engineering innovation
- Curiosity to experiment and prototype new food-tech solutions
