Role Overview
We are looking for a
Healthcare Innovation Officer who can help design, research, and develop innovative healthcare and wellness solutions across multiple wellness domains.
This role requires someone who can
bridge healthcare knowledge with innovation, technology, and product thinking, helping us build scalable solutions that can impact thousands of users.
You will work closely with the
Founder's Office, product team, and wellness experts to develop and validate new healthcare models.
Key Responsibilities
- Healthcare Innovation & R&D
- Research emerging trends in healthcare, wellness, and preventive health
- Develop innovative healthcare models that can be delivered digitally and offline
- Identify gaps in the current healthcare and wellness ecosystem
- Product & Program Development
- Help design health and wellness programs for different customer segments
- Work on structured frameworks for personalized wellness journeys
- Contribute to product development and solution architecture
- Multi-Domain Wellness Integration HiWox works across 9 areas of wellness, and the officer will contribute to solutions across these domains:
- Physical Wellness
- Mental & Emotional Wellness
- Nutritional Wellness
- Lifestyle & Habit Wellness
- Preventive Healthcare
- Social Wellness
- Environmental Wellness

- Financial Wellness (health-related financial planning)
The candidate should be able to
actively contribute to at least 45 wellness domains.
- Data-Driven Health Solutions
- Support development of personalized health frameworks
- Work on integrating health data, behavioral insights, and lifestyle patterns
- Contribute to research-backed healthcare interventions
- Collaboration with Experts
- Work with nutritionists, therapists, doctors, and wellness experts
- Help build a strong network of healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with product and tech teams for implementation
- Innovation with Technology
- Explore AI, health-tech tools, and digital platforms to deliver healthcare solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation, digital diagnostics, and personalized recommendations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in Healthcare, Public Health, Medicine, Nutrition, Psychology, or Health Sciences
- 26 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, or research
- Strong interest in healthcare innovation and preventive health
- Ability to think systematically about healthcare problems
- Experience with health research, program design, or health product development
- Exposure to digital health, AI in healthcare, or wellness platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in early-stage startup environments
