Job Description
Role Summary
The Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging, effective learning materials
for diverse audiences. This role focuses on translating content into interactive learning
experiences using instructional design principles and digital learning tools. The
Instructional Designer focuses on the tactical execution of learning projects ensuring
content is clear concise and aligned with learning objectives
Essential Responsibilities
Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to senior team members
promptly
Conduct self review of learning materials for accuracy consistency and
instructional effectiveness
Stay informed about current trends and tools in instructional design and e-learning
development.

Required Experience And Skills
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Curriculum
Development or a related field
2-5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain
instructional concepts
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design
methodologies
Proficient with the industry standard e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise
360, Storyline 360
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic project management skills
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation personalization or learning
analytics
Preferred Experience And Skills
Masters degree in a relevant field
Hand on experience with any one of the AI based eLearning authoring tools
Demonstrated experience working with western companies organizations
Experience with having to communicate complex ideas topics and issues with US
