. Support with Deployment and assessment of org- wide engagement initiatives already in place in the org. . Identify, Build and Deploy Engagement initiatives impacting overall engagement and retention for the organisation. . Build and Deploy framework to assess/ measure employee experience and learning effectiveness post training. . Assess engagement requirements, Build and Deploy engagement initiatives across the org . Build and Deploy framework to assess, measure and enhance employee experience and effectiveness post engagement . Build systems and modules for learning . Work with the Org. Leadership to identify cultural nuances and build culture appreciation within the organisation . Participate in/ Contribute to building systems, processes and policies where required with Senior Leadership of the organisation and group. |
