Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Consult with stakeholders to gather business and performance objectives.
  • Design Thinking: Apply design thinking to understand the audience and build user personas.
  • Brainstorming Facilitation: Plan and facilitate brainstorming sessions, documenting outcomes.
  • Scope Analysis: Analyze project requirements to define scope accurately.
  • Creation of Design Assets: Apply instructional design principles to create HLDDs or curriculum outlines.
  • Client-Facing Documentation: Document and present design solutions for clients.
  • Feedback Integration: Solicit and incorporate feedback from DC Leads during design phases.
  • Innovation: Design and develop innovative learning solutions.
  • Status Reporting: Provide status updates, track project pipelines, and flag risks.
  • Design Transition: Transition approved designs to development teams accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to design documents and vision.
  • Productivity and Quality: Estimate efforts, utilize templates, and conduct self and peer reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements within the DC team.
  • Design Effectiveness: Guide design conversations and recommend effective learning solutions.
  • Leadership Communication: Address leadership questions with minimal support.
  • Facilitation of Learning Asset Development: Lead interactions with CoE and SMEs during design phases.
