Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and consult with stakeholders to understand business and performance objectives
  • Apply Design Thinking to understand the audience and create user personas
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and document outcomes
  • Analyze project requirements to define scope and deliverables accurately
  • Develop instructional design assets such as HLDDs (High-Level Design Documents) or curriculum outlines
  • Document and present design solutions in a client-facing format
  • Solicit and integrate feedback from DC Leads during design phases
  • Design and develop innovative learning solutions, even for small-scale projects
  • Track project status, provide updates, and manage project pipeline
  • Identify risks such as under- or over-utilization and communicate effectively
  • Maintain design documentation including design journals and storycards
  • Transition approved designs to development teams accurately
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to design vision and documentation
  • Estimate effort, utilize templates, and conduct self and peer reviews to maintain quality
  • Recommend and implement process improvements within the DC team
  • Guide design conversations and recommend learning solutions to CoE and SMEs
  • Lead communications with leadership and stakeholders during design phases
