Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design High-Level Design Documents (HLDs), storyboards, and visual concepts
• Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats
• Develop engaging e-learning solutions with interactive elements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and international clients
• Design impactful Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT)
• Ensure alignment with global e-learning standards & best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in relevant field
• 6 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design
• Expertise in developing ILT & WBT storyboards
• Strong understanding of e-learning development principles
• Proficiency in PPT and Canva
• Experience creating visual storyboards in PPT / Word / Excel
• Good understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy
