Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in Mumbai. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analyses, designing effective instructional materials, developing engaging and relevant training programs, assisting in curriculum development, and managing learning systems. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee learning and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design methodologies
• Skilled in Curriculum Development and creating structured learning materials
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and instructional technologies is an advantage
• Ability to assess and evaluate training effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools (Canva, Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
• 2 -5 years of experience in Instructional Design or L&D
