Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts.
• Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats.
• Develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs and international clients to deliver high-quality instructional materials.
• Proficiently design Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT) aligned with client specifications.
• Ensure alignment with e-learning standards and best practices for global audiences.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
• Strong understanding of e-learning development
