Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful learning experiences across diverse formats such as micro-courses, roleplays, and simulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complex topics, has strong writing skills, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. What you'll do

• Design engaging learning content across formats quizzes, micro-courses, roleplays, simulations, and more.
• Simplify complex topics into clear, structured, learner-friendly modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to shape impactful learning journeys.
• Contribute to building mple's growing content library across domains and use cases.
• Experiment with prompt engineering to enhance learner engagement and content relevance.
