Instructional Designer

We are currently looking to expand our learning product development team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Designer to join our team in crafting excep0onal learning experiences suppor0ng high quality training programs aimed at improving skills, knowledge, and performance in Infor products. This position is based in the Infor Hyderabad office with no travel requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to iden0fy and acquire product content and knowledge through active listening and source material review
• Understand, organize, and integrate this product informa0on to design and develop effective and engaging learning assets
• Write learning content using a variety of course authoring tools
• Learn and develop additional skills as needed, including new tools, new design approaches, etc.
• Complete project management tasks such as upda0ng Jira stories, scheduling, and submitting content for review, etc.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partner with other departments, including, product development, and engineering to gather content and ensure technical accuracy in the learning materials
• Track and report progress on learning design projects to senior management, iden0fying risks or delays and proposing solu0ons
• Ensure the quality of learning materials through thorough review and feedback processes
• By participating in onboarding and continuous education and enablement, you will become a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned Infor Cloudsuite, ultimately achieving and maintaining Infor Certified Professional status.

• Strong English language fluency (spoken and written)
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand and synthesize complex information to develop e3ective learning assets
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools and applications quickly and effectively
• High organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Flexibility to overlap work hours with US business hours to succeed in a virtual global team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Demonstrated success using Digital Adoption Platform tools
• 2+ years experience in developing software application training
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/LLAMA principles
