Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Technical Content Professional, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, curating, and analyzing technical content that enables our clients to effectively utilize our products through digital self-service. This role involves creating high-quality content, including embedded assistance, documentation, training, and support materials. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Develop Content: Create and curate technical content for various mediums, such as product-embedded assistance, documentation, training, and support materials, to facilitate client self-service and product understanding.
- Analyze Content Effectiveness: Evaluate the impact and efficacy of technical content to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategy.
- Curate Existing Content: Organize, refine, and update existing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance to client needs.
- Develop Documentation: Create user-friendly documentation to help clients understand and utilize our products efficiently.
- Support Client Self-Service: Develop content that empowers clients to resolve issues independently, reducing the need for additional support.
