Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Instructional Designer located in Bengaluru South. The Lead Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and developing learning resources tailored for digital skill-building courses. Responsibilities include performing need analysis, designing instructional strategies, creating course content, implementing effective assessment techniques, and working collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality training materials. The role also involves integrating the latest instructional technologies and methodologies to deliver an optimized learning experience for individuals and corporate clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and leveraging adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning software
  • Strong skills in visual communication, presentation design, and multimedia content integration
  • Knowledge of assessment best practices, including test creation and evaluation methodologies
  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration, project management, and process improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in EdTech or designing certification programs is an advantage
