Instructional Designer

Job Summary

As an Instructional Designer, you will create learning content for various formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended programs. You'll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other teams to ensure the learning materials meet business needs and engage learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Learning Programs: Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and create course outlines. Design and develop interactive learning materials, such as online modules, training guides, quizzes, and videos.

Collaborate with SMEs: Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure it's accurate and relevant.

Use Learning Technologies: Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create engaging online courses. Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload and track learning materials.

Evaluate & Improve: Gather feedback from learners to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Suggest improvements based on feedback and data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

Experience in instructional design or e-learning development.

Proficient in using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles

Good communication and project management skills.

Experience in corporate training or talent development.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.

Graphic design or multimedia skills.
