Role: Lead - Senior Associate - Instructional Design for Sales Excellence and Learning & Development

Experience: Minimum 2 years and Maximum 4 years of experience as an Associate / Intern - ID

Requirement: Immediate joiner will be preferred

Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru (On-Site)

Primary Skills Required:-

• Hands-on experience with content-design tools such as Canva, Vyond, Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (optional: Illustrator and Camtasia).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and models such as ADDIE, Gagns Nine Events of Instruction, and Bloom's Taxonomy
• Exposure to designing Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 learning content and assessments
• Working knowledge of Content development processes & practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Hindi and English. Multilingual (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada) would be an added advantage
• Must have experience in Instructional Design (Non-Technical).
• Minimum 2 years and Maximum 4 years of experience as an Associate / Intern - ID
