Role Summary

We are looking for an Instructional Designer with 2–3 years of experience in developing engaging learning content for online programs. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with SMEs and internal teams to create effective learning materials using modern instructional design and AI-supported techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning content, storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Design content for e-learning, self-learning, and instructor-led training programs.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders for content requirements and reviews.
• Ensure the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Work with multimedia and production teams for course development.
• Review and update content based on feedback.
• Manage assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
• Good understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in storyboard creation and content structuring.
• Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools and prompt-based workflows.
• Knowledge of e-learning tools such as Articulate, Rise, or Captivate is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Mass Communication, Learning & Development, or a related field.
