As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our corporate and institutional sales vertical to build long-term partnerships with enterprises and large organizations across India.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Institutional / Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand Canjuice's B2B business. The role will focus entirely on corporate and institutional sales, driving bulk orders, customized apparel solutions, and long-term account relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate sales with a proven ability to close large-ticket deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Institutional Sales and general Sales with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management
  • Understanding of Financial strategies and Investments to effectively pitch products and optimise revenue
  • Capability in Customer Service and client interface, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the merchandise or apparel industry is a plus

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

  • 48 years of proven experience in corporate / institutional / B2B sales, preferably in apparel,
  • uniforms, textiles, or consumer brands.
  • Strong exposure to bulk order management and corporate account handling is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and key account management abilities.
  • Target-driven, execution-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
