About Zopper

Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the Insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.

Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform

Role Review

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive AC Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales to banks and financial institutions. The role involves pitching AMC proposals, understanding branch-level requirements, and helping banks optimize costs through efficient maintenance solutions.

Role and responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and sell AC AMC proposals to Banks, PSUs, and other financial institutions.
  • Conduct site visits, assess AC conditions, and propose suitable AMC plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, regional heads, and procurement teams.
  • Analyse bank maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to create customized AMC proposals.
  • Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for closures.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure post-sales service coordination for smooth delivery of AMC commitments

Prerequisites

  • 47 years of experience in AMC sales (preferably AC/HVAC/facility management).
  • Strong understanding of AC maintenance, AMC models, and pricing.
  • Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits
