Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Institutional / Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand Canjuice's B2B business. The role will focus entirely on corporate and institutional sales, driving bulk orders, customized apparel solutions, and long-term account relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate sales with a proven ability to close large-ticket deals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Institutional Sales and general Sales with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management
- Understanding of Financial strategies and Investments to effectively pitch products and optimise revenue
- Capability in Customer Service and client interface, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the merchandise or apparel industry is a plus
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 48 years of proven experience in corporate / institutional / B2B sales, preferably in apparel,
- uniforms, textiles, or consumer brands.
- Strong exposure to bulk order management and corporate account handling is mandatory.

- Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
