Role Overview
BGauss is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused B2B / Corporate Sales Executive to drive institutional and corporate sales at the ground level. This is a frontline field sales role responsible for lead generation, customer activations, relationship management, and end-to-end sales closure. The role requires close engagement with channel partners, field teams, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders to build a strong B2B pipeline and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and corporate sales for BGauss electric vehicles across assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field activations, market mapping, networking, and corporate outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with ground sales teams, dealers, and channel partners for successful lead conversion.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, product demos, roadshows, and customer engagement programs to create awareness and generate demand.
- Build relationships with corporates, fleet operators, institutions, delivery/logistics partners, and business accounts.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle:
- Lead generation → Customer engagement → Proposal submission → Negotiation → Closure → Delivery coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals, documentation, invoicing, and seamless order processing.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documentation, PO processing, and invoicing coordination for closures.
- Track market intelligence, competition activity, and customer requirements to improve sales approach.
- Deliver monthly / quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales / Fleet Sales.
- Experience in Automotive, EV, BFSI, telecom, mobility, or channel activation businesses preferred.
- Strong field execution mindset with willingness to travel extensively.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer acquisition and closure.
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and execution driven.
