Job Summary
We are hiring a Training Centre Partnership & CSR Manager who has experience working with training centres, vocational institutes, CSR projects, NGOs, colleges, placement partners, and government skill development programs.
The candidate should have strong networking skills and should be able to build tie-ups with institutes similar to Tata STRIVE, corporate academies, technical training centres, NGOs, and CSR-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with training centres, institutes, NGOs, CSR teams, and vocational academies
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation for institutional tie-ups
- Develop strong relationships with colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, and placement partners
- Coordinate with government skill development programs and CSR projects
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new training partners
- Identify candidate sourcing opportunities through institutional networks
- Work closely with internal teams for hiring and partnership requirements
- Maintain database and records of partner institutions and tie-ups
Required Skills
