Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to enhance customer experience. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Requirements & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
