Role Overview

We are looking for aggressive and communication-focused Inside Sales Executives who can identify potential sellers online and onboard them onto Sellio.

The role involves reaching out to businesses through:

  • Business websites
  • Instagram pages
  • Facebook pages
  • WhatsApp
  • Public contact numbers
  • Email outreach
  • Online directories and social media platforms

The primary goal is to convince sellers to register and start selling on Sellio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and identify potential sellers/businesses from online sources
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, and website contact forms
  • Explain Sellio's seller benefits and onboarding process
  • Convert interested businesses into registered sellers
  • Maintain lead and follow-up records properly
  • Coordinate with onboarding/support teams when needed
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly seller acquisition targets
  • Build long-term relationships with sellers for repeat business growth
  • Follow structured sales scripts and outreach strategies
Requirements
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Confident in phone conversations and online communication
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and Google search
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge
  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Knowledge of eCommerce or online selling platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet management
  • Social media communication experience
