Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting outreach to potential customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building customer relationships, addressing inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and supporting the sales cycle. Collaboration with internal teams to drive results will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience.
  • Hands-on Experience in Hubspot / Salesforce / any CRM is must
  • Understanding partners needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow – up & outbound cold calls and emails
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure partners acquisition goals are met
  • Responsible for partner follow-up.
  • Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Languages: English and Regional Languages.
