Job Description

Logikality is a fast-growing AI solutions provider for the mortgage and title industry, and we're looking for sharp, driven professionals who can open doors with top executives across companies. If you thrive on conversations, have a natural flair for relationship-building, and are confident in speaking with senior leaders, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Engage and build relationships with C-level executives in the US market.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls/meetings for our leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align on target accounts and strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident US-friendly accent.
  • Prior experience in lead generation / inside sales for US B2B clients.
  • Strong ability to engage decision-makers and handle conversations at an executive level.
  • Driven, persistent, and comfortable with target-driven performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Location & Work Setup

  • Based in Bangalore, India, with working hours aligned to the US time zones.
  • Hybrid / Remote flexibility (depending on location).
