Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in New Delhi in a hybrid work model, combining office-based and remote responsibilities. The role involves generating high-quality leads, scheduling and coordinating meetings (both virtual and in-person), attending meetings when required, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction by clearly communicating the value of our services.

Daily tasks include

Reaching out to potential clients, maintaining communication with existing clients, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential clients
  • Strong Communication (English) and Client Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Commitment to Client Satisfaction and addressing client needs and concerns efficiently
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of market research methods is a plus
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong hold on Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
