Job Description

We are seeking a result-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-technology sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and qualifying leads across Semiconductor, Automotive, Medical Devices, and High-Tech industries.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through a mix of outbound activities and inbound follow-ups. You will research target accounts, engage decision makers, and initiate meaningful conversations that drive interest and opportunity. You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to build a robust pipeline, improve outreach strategies, and ensure a seamless lead-to-demo conversion process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads to qualify and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Research and profile target accounts to identify key stakeholders and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the business value of our solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, driving them to scheduled demos and discovery calls.
  • Conduct market research to identify new industry segments and prospect opportunities.
  • Keep CRM systems (e. g., Salesforce, HubSpot) up to date with accurate lead and account data.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align on messaging and improve lead quality.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics and conversion goals.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of inside sales experience in engineering services (preferred) or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong communication skills with a data-driven, go-getter attitude.
  • Bachelor's in engineering or MBA (preferred: ECE, ICE, EEE).
