About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – ROW to join our International Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong consultative sales experience, particularly in the EdTech domain, who have successfully handled high-ticket sales and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international prospects through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative and value-based selling approach.
- Close high-ticket deals ranging from 2 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs.
- Consistently achieve individual revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and trust.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Inside Sales (ROW markets).
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (2L–10L).
- Strong exposure to core sales, preferably in EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory
- High ownership mindset with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
Compensation
- CTC: 5.3 LPA – 7.3 LPA
- Structure: 75% Fixed + 25% Variable
- Additional performance-based incentives
