Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in International Sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shifts: Rotational shifts (Day shift only)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist – ROW to join our International Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong consultative sales experience, particularly in the EdTech domain, who have successfully handled high-ticket sales and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with international prospects through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative and value-based selling approach.
  • Close high-ticket deals ranging from 2 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs.
  • Consistently achieve individual revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and trust.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International Inside Sales (ROW markets).
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (2L–10L).
  • Strong exposure to core sales, preferably in EdTech.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • High ownership mindset with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.

Compensation

  • CTC: 5.3 LPA – 7.3 LPA
  • Structure: 75% Fixed + 25% Variable
  • Additional performance-based incentives
