Prorata facilitates co-ownership by connecting individuals within a locality and offering convenient app-based reservations with doorstep pickup and drop services. The platform exclusively caters to occasional and experiential car usage rather than daily commuting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at our Greater Kolkata Area location. The specialist will manage day-to-day activities such as generating and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and explaining the Prorata fractional ownership model effectively. The role includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, connect, and convert potential clients.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide clear information, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales and familiarity with lifestyle or automotive industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
