Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying their logistics needs. The role requires working closely with the sales team to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to proactively identify and convert business opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with clients and team members
- High adaptability and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields
