Role Description

This full-time, remote Inside Sales Specialist role involves driving lead generation, engaging with prospective customers, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, following up with leads, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating product offerings. You will collaborate closely with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet or exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Prior experience in the Education Technology industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Night Shift(US shift) 5 days of working days
  • 0 -4 years of experience in edtech
  • Excellent communication in english
