Role Description

The Flurn Sales & Business development team is a high performing, fast growing team that offers ample opportunities for learning , growth and career development. This is a highly consultative sales role that requires lot a strategic planning & problem solving approach couple with a go-getter attitude.

What you'll do

  • Drive Sales - Convert Interested customer leads to long term customers via tele sales
  • Become a product expert , consult and guide our customers through their buying journey
  • Build Relationships that go beyond just the sale , turning our customers in to our long term evangelists.
  • Learn & use sales management tools effectively - CRM systems, BI Dashboards & marketing tools like Canva

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ BBA/ B.Com preferred
  • High energy, never-say-die attitude and willingness to learn rapidly.
  • Freshers interested in building a high performance sales career can apply for this role
  • Strong Negotiation and communication skills coupled with a passion for sales.
