About the company:

Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 5–14) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.

Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai

Working days- 6 days

Working hours - 11am - 8pm

Work setup- In office

Weekoff - Sunday

Candidates from Mumbai location only apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to inbound leads through chat, phone calls, emails.
  • Keep the CRM system updated regularly to ensure accurate lead tracking.
  • Handle and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate should be proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
