Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Department: SalesExperience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Okhla New Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively through regular follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and Proforma Invoices (PI) with accuracy and timely coordination.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales reports and updates for management review.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance repeat business opportunities.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite will be preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
