Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Specialist who can own the revenue pipeline end-to-endfrom prospecting and qualification to consultative selling and deal closure. This role requires someone who is target-driven, consultative in approach, and confident in engaging with decision makers, while working closely with marketing and account management teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Work closely with marketing to leverage inbound leads and campaigns
Lead Qualification & Discovery
Understand client business needs, pain points, and objectives
Qualify opportunities and assess alignment with NUPI's solutions
Prioritize high-value prospects for conversion
Consultative Selling & Presentations
Deliver tailored product pitches and solution-driven presentations
Position NUPI's loyalty and rewards solutions effectively
Handle objections with a solution-oriented approach
Conversion & Revenue Ownership
Drive follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Own the complete sales lifecycle from first touchpoint to closure
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Ensure a seamless and professional sales experience
Coordinate with account management for smooth onboarding
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaigns
Work with Account Management & Operations for deal execution
Share feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
Track conversion metrics and pipeline health
Provide regular updates on performance and insights
Key Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in inside sales / B2B sales / SaaS / fintech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong experience in lead generation, qualification, and deal closure
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Understanding of loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement solutions (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
