Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and following up on leads. The Inside Sales Specialist will also aim to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and SaaS Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's or Post Graduation in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Previous experience in the CRM software industry is a plus
  • Experience: 2-3 years in pre-sales, sales, preferably in SaaS or Technology.
