Purpose of the Admission Officerrole:
The admission officer advises students-parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions to improve student outcomes and help students succeed academically.
As an Admission officer, you are expected to:
- Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets.
- Selling/up-selling/cross-selling the company's exclusive range of education courses to existing & prospective students.
- Responsible for converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, in turn achieving the assigned sales target.
- Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.
- Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
- Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
To be successful in the Admission Officer role you are required to have:
- Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner
- Must have strong sales persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
- Fluency in English and Regional Language.

Qualification:
- Must have bachelors degree.
- Preferred BTech / MBA /Masters in Psychology, Education etc.
Experience:
- Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.
- Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
