Inside Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, developing client relationships, addressing inquiries and solutions, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve set targets. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote our services and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong abilities in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior sales experience, ideally in a design or service-focused industry, is a plus
• Relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
