Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly target-driven and performance-oriented Program Expert responsible for
lead calling, student & parent counselling, and booking campus demo visits. The candidate must be
comfortable with high-volume calling and achieving weekly demo targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Dial 150+ contacts per day (fresh + follow-up leads).
Explain the program structure, career roadmap, and fee details clearly.
Counsel students and parents confidently and handle objections effectively.
Book campus demo visits and confirm date & time properly.
Send reminders to ensure high show-up ratio.
Maintain accurate updates in CRM / Google Sheets.
Achieve strict weekly demo booking targets.
Track demo-to-admission conversion and revenue contribution.
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (English + Telugu Language preferred).
Excellent persuasion and objection-handling ability.
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Ability to handle pressure in a startup environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 23 years of experience in EdTech with a proven track record of sales performance.
Candidates must demonstrate consistent achievement of targets in previous roles
